Common Order Mistakes/ Misunderstandings
Incorrect Address/ Email
If there's an issue with your order / address, I will need to reach out via email to correct it. If your email is incorrect or not supplied, I will not be able to fix the issue and may have to cancel your order (つ╥﹏╥)つ
Ordering too many O rings
O rings added to your order (6mm, 7mm etc etc) all come with 4 o rings (2 for each side)
(for example if you choose 6mm size option above, then it will include 4 o rings of 6mm
Ordering a chain without any o rings or regular glasses attachments
I make the O rings that slide onto your glasses to fit the attachment style you order. For example if you order a quick detach, then the accompanying o ring for them has the other side of the magnet so that the chains can actually attach. Your chains will not work if you do not add an o ring size to your order for them.
(a customers first order - ordering secure lock with no o rings, will not attach to the glasses)
If you have purchased from me in the past and already have a set of o rings, then you do not need to purchase more (as long as they are the same attachment type) ie you previously had a quick detach chain (with o rings) and you bought another.
Ordering multiple types of attachment styles (quick detach, lobster claw, secure lock) and not getting o rings for each style.
If you order multiple types of attachment styles, it is important that each chain ordered with a different attachment style has o rings for it.
If for example you order:
- One Lobster Claw Chain
- Two Quick Detach Chains
You must order one set of o rings for the lobster claw and at least 1 set of o rings for the two quick detach chains.
