Styles

Wrapped

  • Double the length of a dangled
  • Wraps around the glasses frame
  • Sits closely to the stem
  • Does not hit the face

     

    A wrapped version, is double the length and you actually wrap the chain around the glasses stem multiple times. This makes the chain sit as close to the glasses as you like, and wont be as loud. 

Dangled

The dangled version is half the length, and just drapes from the front of your glasses to the back. Dangled versions wont touch your face unless your shake your head around, and they can be slightly louder. 

  • Dangles beautifully from the front of the glasses to the back (near the ear)
  • Can occasionally hit the face when shaking head


 

Duos (Dangled and Wrapped):

  • Your full glasses chain option. Detaches into a short chain AND a long chain, and you can wear the long chain as a necklace when not in use

If your after a full glasses chain that can detach and turn into mini accessories, your looking for a Duo- there are two types of duos, magnetic and lobster claw. Magnetic ones aren't as strong and will come apart if you jump or smack them with your hand (which can be nice not to get yanked every time your chain catches on something-- or lobster claws which are a bit more fiddly to undo and clip on, but wont detach accidentally. 

Short Chain Only (Wrapped and Dangled)

Consists of just a short chain, attached by 2 points onto the glasses. Is NOT a full glasses chain, is more like an earring or a bracelet

 

O Rings

  • If you are choosing multiple clasp options you must get the O ring attachments for each clasp option. The Magnetic O Ring attachments differ to the Lobster Claw O ring attachments and so on.
  • O Rings come with all the O rings you need for 1 pair of Spec-Taculars (2 for drops and 4 in a pack for Short chains or Duos)

Core Range and Limited Rotating

  • Core Range products are available each restock
  • Limited Rotating Stock changes per restock


FAQ's

  • Will they fit on my glasses?
    • I have many different sizes and colours of o rings- if you are unsure, and would like to send me an email of a picture of your frames I can absolutely size them for you :) 

IF YOUR GLASSES ARE ULTRA SKINNY WITH A WIDE END, THE SMALLEST 5MM O RINGS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO STRETCH OVER THE GIANT END AND FIT THE SKINNY ARM

If that sounds like your glasses, we can either size up the o ring, or use a normal glasses chain attachment instead.

  • What is the difference between core range and limited rotating stock?
    • Core range will remain always available unless I discontinue something. That means every restock I do, everything in core range will be able to be purchased, with only the limited rotating stock changing each restock. This means if you know you want Solar Starbursts, but are waiting for the Honey Bee Mines, you can purchase the solar starbursts now, or wait until I release the Honey Bees again. 
  • How long will it take?
    • It honestly depends on how many orders I have going at once. I try to not make anyone wait more than 3 weeks before I make it- so since they are all made to order and time can vary drastically by workload for me, I would say estimate a safe 4 weeks. Express shipping add on's move to the front of the queue and are made next day (or as close to next day as I can)
